Our May City Impact Lab was held at Project Angel Food in Hollywood where Richard Ayoub, the Executive Director, spoke to us about the tactics he attributes his success to. We were given a tour of Project Angel Food’s impressive kitchen, where we were serenaded by a volunteering opera singer as he mechanically drained 100 pounds of pasta and took a stroll through the massive walk-in freezer that is used to store the 600,000 customized meals delivered every year to those affected by life-threatening illnesses. It was certainly a morning to remember.
